  Rollers: Hardened tools that work the outside diameter of the perform. The rollers are attached to the roller housings and spin at the same circumferential speed as the preform. Each roller can have a unique shape that is predetermined for each particular material or part geometries. The unique roller shapes combined with the stagger controls the method in which the material is compressed and made to flow.
