Is used to check and optimize the grain structure of our starting preforms. In addition, we assure compliance to the metallurgical and mechanical properties required by the customer on the flowformed component. The department consists of:

• Digital Hardness Testers capable of readings in all industrial scales.
• Computerized Tensile and Compression testing machines.
• Lab-type heat treatment furnaces.
• Micro etching and polishing equipment.
• A number of digitized Buehler and Olympus microscopes and test equipment.
