  Engineering Department:
  • Analyzes the feasibility of flowforming a particular component.
  • Methodizes the manufacturing process for each component and creates the controlling drawings for each of the manufacturing operations.
  • Generates all necessary mechanical designs utilizing both 2-D and 3-D software programs.
  • Engineers and designs all required manufacturing and Q.C. tooling and fixtures.
  • Oversees the flowforming department.
  • Collaborates with the quality control department to perform mechanical and metallurgical analysis on a daily basis.
